Copyright Agreement
I hereby assign full copyright of these photographs to Erika Rosales Photography, unrestricted right to use and publish videos and/or photographs of me, or where I may be included for social media; Facebook, Instagram, website/business
Payments Agreement
Total amount of the session must be paid upon signing to hold the date and time for the session.
Schedule Agreement:
Erika Rosales has a max ​15 Minutes late policy, over that session will be canceled and will lose all payments made.

Must call 48 hours before the session time and date.
