Sitters ONLY.
Babies from 6 month( MUST seat unassisted )
Session per family Up to 4 people
Siblings may share mini sessions, friends/ cousins must book a session per family.

Arrive on time as mini sessions are booked back to back.
Christmas Sessions can NOT be exchanged for any other session or mini sessions (eg, you can not exchange your holiday mini session for a spring mini session) or full prices session.

Copyright Agreement
I hereby assign full copyright of these photographs to Erika Rosales Photography, unrestricted right to use and publish videos and/or photographs of me, or where I may be included for social media; Facebook, Instagram, website/business

Payments Agreement
Total amount of the session must be paid upon signing to hold the date and time for the session.

Schedule Agreement:
If you are late to your session, your session will be cut short by the amount of time you were late.

Cancelation Policy
Nonrefundable for last minute cancellation.
50% Christmas Session payments are NON Refundable.

Reschedule Policy
If you end up having a conflict with your date, we can try to move you to another date ONLY IF there are spots available.
Must call 48 hours before the session time and date.
